Q35Y系列多功能液壓聯(lián)合沖剪機(jī)能對板材、方鋼、圓鋼、槽鋼、角鋼、工字鋼等各種型鋼剪切、沖孔，是各地型鋼大量下料的首選機(jī)床，并能對500mm長度以下板料進(jìn)行折彎。該機(jī)床的每一個部件在安全、功能、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)以及性能方面都符合最高質(zhì)量要求。
沖孔部位
1.沖孔：包括圓孔、方孔、腰槽孔等異形孔，不承擔(dān)磨具的加工制作
2.折彎：在沖孔工位，通過模具的更換可以實(shí)現(xiàn)折彎和沖百葉窗等特殊功能。
模剪部位
按客戶實(shí)際需求包括：剪口、剪角、開口、V型切角等三個擋塊確保精確定位
剪板部位
帶自動壓料裝置，操作簡便
角剪部位及型剪部位
1.左圖：可以對角鋼進(jìn)行剪切
2.右圖：圓鋼、方鋼剪切部位有多個不同的孔，可更換刀片，對槽鋼、工字鋼等進(jìn)行剪切
